{"id":6204,"date":"2021-10-20T22:28:11","date_gmt":"2021-10-20T22:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aictive.co\/?p=6204"},"modified":"2021-11-22T10:15:14","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T10:15:14","slug":"evaluacion-del-movimiento-antes-de-comenzar-a-entrenar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aictive.co\/en\/blog\/es\/evaluacion-del-movimiento-antes-de-comenzar-a-entrenar\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluaci\u00f3n del movimiento antes de comenzar a entrenar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfImporta realmente c\u00f3mo te mueves? \u00bfImporta c\u00f3mo ejecutas una sentadilla profunda, c\u00f3mo corres, c\u00f3mo saltas, c\u00f3mo realizas los ejercicios si est\u00e1s trabajando la fuerza? \u00bfImporta cu\u00e1nto tiempo de tu entrenamiento le dedicas a asegurarte que el movimiento que realizas est\u00e1 correctamente ejecutado?<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta a todas estas preguntas es:\u00a0<strong>S\u00cd.<\/strong>\u00a0Hemos nacido para movernos, nuestro sistema ha sido creado en primera instancia para la supervivencia, es decir, para encontrar comida, buscar un hogar y protegernos del peligro. Para lograr estos objetivos, necesitamos de cada una de nuestras articulaciones, m\u00fasculos, sistema nervioso, endocrino, entre otras partes fundamentales de nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el gran enemigo del movimiento es precisamente la magn\u00edfica evoluci\u00f3n que hemos tenido, y nuestra capacidad de encontrar la soluci\u00f3n a todas las necesidades previamente nombradas, desde la comodidad de una silla.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad ya no nos movemos y los altos \u00edndices de sedentarismo a nivel mundial lo reflejan claramente. Esto genera problemas en la postura, desbalances musculares, dolores y aumento de riesgo de lesi\u00f3n al minuto de intentar hacer un movimiento con intensidad.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelo a esto, han aumentado exponencialmente las posibilidades de poder entrenar y hacer ejercicios o practicar un deporte: Hay m\u00faltiples Gimnasios y Centros Deportivos, adem\u00e1s de plazas en donde se ofrece Yoga, Entrenamiento Funcional, Baile entretenido y otras actividades. Esta variedad de opciones, en cierta medida nos han dado la posibilidad de hacer eso para lo que fuimos creados: movernos.<\/p>\n<p>El problema es que,\u00a0<strong>luego de 12 horas de estar sentados en la misma posici\u00f3n, el cuerpo ya no se mueve como deber\u00eda hacerlo<\/strong>. Dicho esto, debo aclarar que no existe un ejercicio que nos haga mal, sino que es el ejercicio mal realizado, lo que puede generarnos un potencial da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por esto,\u00a0<strong>antes de comenzar con cualquier tipo de entrenamiento se recomienda realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n del movimiento<\/strong>: Tocar la punta de los dedos del pie, realizar una sentadilla, hacer push-ups, un \u201csuperman\u201d, y otros ejercicios, nos permiten determinar si la persona tiene desbalances que, finalmente, le podr\u00edan generar una lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los patrones de movimiento, son la base de la pir\u00e1mide para luego poder entrenar la fuerza, potencia, coordinaci\u00f3n, agilidad y resistencia<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>que buscamos<\/strong>. No hay deportista que, habiendo trabajado en la correcci\u00f3n de sus patrones de movimiento alterados, no haya mejorado.<\/p>\n<p>Te invitamos a que realices una evaluaci\u00f3n del movimiento en tu centro deportivo, gimnasio o en tu casa.
